Shipping
We ship within the United States only. All orders ship via USPS Priority Mail with tracking at a flat rate shipping cost. Estimated delivery times from date of shipment: 1–3 business days (East Coast), 2–4 business days (Midwest and South), 3–5 business days (West Coast). Delivery estimates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed. Sara Gay LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, natural events, or any other circumstances beyond our control. Once your order has been handed to USPS, delivery timing is outside our hands. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
All Sales Final — No Returns. No Exchanges. No Exceptions.
All sales are final. Sara Gay LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations under any circumstances, without exception. This policy applies to every purchase made on this site, regardless of reason. Due to the one-of-a-kind, handcrafted nature of each piece, no item can be restocked, resold, or reissued. Please review all product photographs and descriptions carefully before completing your purchase. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.
Original One-of-a-Kind Artwork
Every piece of jewelry created by Sara Gay LLC is a unique, handcrafted, one-of-a-kind work of wearable art. No two pieces are identical. Each item is made from found, manmade, traditional, and unique objects selected and assembled by the artist. Because each piece is singular and original, exact duplication or reproduction of any design is not possible and will not be undertaken. No custom or special orders are accepted.
